Ingredients
- 1 cup butter (1/2 lb)
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream (1/2 pint)
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 Tspn baking soda
- 1 1/2 Tspn baking powder
- 1 Tspn vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup finely chopped walnuts with cinnamon and sugar

Preparation
Step 1
DO NOT preheat oven!
In a large bowl, combine butter, sugar and eggs. Beat until light and fluffy.
Blend in sour cream.
Stir in flour, baking soda, baking powder and vanilla. Blend well.
*Batter will be thick*
Butter and flour a 9" tube pan or a 10" bunt pan.
Spoon 1/2 the batter into the prepared pan.
Spoon 1/2 the cinnamon mixture over the batter.
Spoon remaining batter on top and sprinkle with remaining cinnamon mixture.
Place in a cool oven. Set oven temperature to 350 degrees F.
Bake for 55 mins.
