Baked Sweet Potatoes with Bourbon & Honey

Ingredients

• 10 sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
• 1/2 cup honey
• 2 tablespoons Bourbon
• 1 tablespoon grated ginger
• 2 tablespoons walnut oil
• 1-teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon cardamom
• pinch of salt
• pinch of cayenne pepper.

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. Combine all the ingredients and mix well. Place in a cast iron skillet or a baking dish. Bake until sweet potatoes are soft
