Truffle Proteins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 2 1/2 scoops protein powder
  • 1 t. SF syrup
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/4 cup ricotta
  • 1/4 cup coconut

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all except coconut. Roll into quarter size balls, then in coconut. Refrigerate.
