Shrimp Primavera

Ingredients

  • 1-12 oz. can stewed tomatoes
  • 1-12 oz. can Hunt's Italian tomato sauce
  • 1-12 oz. can Hunt's garlic and herb tomato sauce
  • 1 medium-size green pepper, chunked
  • 1-6 oz. can tomato paste
  • 1 medium-size onion, chunked
  • 2 c. of one or any combination of carrots, broccoli or mushrooms
  • Tabasco sauce, as desired
  • 1 lb. raw shrimp

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients, except the shrimp. Cook until vegetables are tender, then add shrimp and cook 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve over spaghetti noodles or rice.
