Ingredients
- 2 c walnuts
- 1 c icing sugar
- 4 tablespoons water
- 2 scoops ice cream
- Espresso
Preparation
Step 1
1. Bake the walnuts topped with the icing sugar and the water in a 180 oven for 20 mins
2. Fill a glass ½ way with espresso – top it with 2 scoops of ice cream topped with the toasted walnuts and some honey.
3. Serve.
