slow cooker potato soup

Ingredients
- 6 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 carrot, peeled and sliced
- 1 stalk celery, sliced
- 5 cups water
- 4 cubes chicken bouillon
- 1 TBS. dried parsley
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 12 oz can evaporated milk

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except milk in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on high setting for 3-4 houts, or on low setting for 10-12 hours. Stir in milk during last hour of cooking.
