  • 2 pounds Boneless pork cubes on 14, 4" skewers
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups italian bread crumbs
  • seasoned salt (lawry's)
  • oil



Step 1

Italian bread crumbs (per cup)
1 cup crumbs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp parsley flakes
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp dried basil

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Season meat with seasoned salt and pepper
wisk eggs
dredge meat through eggs and then through bread crumbs
dip into eggs a second time and then into bread crumbs
Place skewers into skillet with hot oil and cook until brown(about 3 min per side)
Place browned skewers into baking dish and bake lightly covered with foil
for about 20 minutes until meat is no longer pink
