SAUCE****Korean Rice or Noodle Bowl Sauce

01/09/17 - I made this quantity of sauce and served it over two packs PC Udon noodles with 1 diced ripe mango. I let it sit at room temp until serving, then I divided it into three and topped our dinner servings with some 1" cubes of dry-fried Halloumi - Very good for both - last minute choice - some shrimp or chicken would be good on it I'm sure, as well as mint and coriander for my serving

Ingredients
- Sauce (Yangnyumjang):
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon Korean chili paste (Gochujang), taste as you add
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon grated or minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 2 – 3 scallions, finely chopped

Combine all ingredients and store in fridge.
