Ingredients

  • Dressing:
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 1 1/2 TBS soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
  • Salad:
  • 2 heads Napa cabbage - sliced thin
  • 1 bunch green onions, sliced
  • Topping:
  • 2 TBS butter
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 2 oz slivered almonds
  • 1 pkg ramen noodles

Preparation

Step 1

1. Whisk all dressing ingredients together

2. In a large bowl combine cabbage and onion.

3. In a large skillet over low heat, melt butter, add rest of topping ingredients and saute until lightly brown, watch closely to prevent burning. Cool and refrigerate until needed.

4. Top greens w/ topping and toss w/ dressing.
