Lemon Cake

  • Frosting:
  • Any lemon cake mix
  • 1 box instant lemon pudding mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 2 T. water
  • 1/2 c. ReaLemon juice
  • 2 T. oil
  • 2 c. powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix dry pudding mix into lemon cake mix. Add eggs, water and oil; stir until well-blended. Pour into 2 cake pans or a 9x13-inch pan (greased). Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Mix frosting ingredients together and frost well-cooled cake.
NOTE: This recipe belonged to my great grandmother.
