- 1 can garbanzo beans
- 1 can zucchini with Italian
- 1 bag of Enjoy Life Marghe

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a food processor, pulse the plentils into a breadcrumb like texture. Pour into a mixing bowl and set aside.
In the food processor, pulse and process the drained beans and can of zucchini until a smooth, hummus like texture.
Pour two cups of the bean mixture into the mixing bowl. Blend into the Plentils until completely coated.
Shape mixture into nugget like shapes with your hands and spread out evenly on the baking sheet.
Bake for 12 minutes and flip nuggets.
Bake an additional 10 minutes and removed from oven to cool.
Serve and enjoy!
