boneless chicken breast halves
can cream of chicken soup
cups minute rice
cups fresh (par-boiled) or frozen broccoli, thawed
Heat oil in non-stick skillet on medium-high heat. Cook chicken, covered, 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Remove from skillet. To skillet add soup, water, paprika and pepper. Bring to boil. Stir in rice and broccoli. Top with chicken; cover. Cook on low heat 5 minutes.
