Ingredients
- Middle:
- 1/2 cup flour
- 3/4 cup rice krispies
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- Pinch salt
- 1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine melted
- Thoroughly combine. Press into greased 8 inch pan. Bake at 350 for approx. 10 min-just starting to brown.
- 1 can eagle brand milk
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Combine in heavy sauce pan. Bring to full boil 5 minutes stirring continuously. Pour over crust.
Top:
Melt 1 cup milk chocolate chips
Stir in 1/4 cup rice crispies until well coated.
Spread over caramel with two forks gently. Chill several hours to set.
They are seriously the best. And better if made with butter.
