- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 2 med. carrots, diced
- 1 med. onion, chopped
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 (15oz) can white beans, drained
- 2 beef bouillon cubes, crumbled
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 Tbs. chopped fresh rosemary
- 2 lbs. cubed beef chuck
- 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes

Put ingredients in slow cooker and cook on high 5 hours or low 8 hours
