Triple Decker Tortilla Pie
- Shredded meat from 1 (2#) roasted chicken
- 1 can (12 oz) enchilada sauce
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 3 10 inch a flour tortillas
Mix meat and sauce together in a bowl. Place 10 inch tortilla in 10-12 inch pie plate and top with half of chicken mixture and 1/3 cup cheese. Repeat layering and then top with final t or tills and cheese.
Bake at 450 degrees for 8 to 10 min. Or until cheese has melted. Top with shredded romaine lettuce and cherry tomatoes
