Ingredients

  • 1 can (10 ounce) refrigerated flaky biscuits
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Separate dough into 10 biscuits. Place 2 biscuits in the center of 13 inch baking stone. Arrange remaining biscuits, edges touching, around center biscuits. Press into 10 inch circle. Brush with olive oil.

Coarsely chop peppers and onion with food chopper. Top the crust with the vegetables. Sprinkle with seasonings and top with shredded cheese.

Bake for 12 - 15 minutes until golden brown.
