Ingredients
- 1 15 ounce can chickpeas
- 2 tablespoons EVOO, plus more for drizzling
- 4 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro, plus more for garnish
- 12 baguette slices, toasted

Preparation
Step 1
Use a potato masher to smash a chickpeas with EVOO, lemon juice and salt. Stir in cilantro. Spread 1 tbsp. chickpea mash onto each of baguette slices. Drizzle with 1 tbsp. EVOO and top with additional cilantro.
