15 ounce can chickpeas
tablespoons EVOO, plus more for drizzling
teaspoons fresh lemon juice
tablespoon chopped cilantro, plus more for garnish
baguette slices, toasted
Use a potato masher to smash a chickpeas with EVOO, lemon juice and salt. Stir in cilantro. Spread 1 tbsp. chickpea mash onto each of baguette slices. Drizzle with 1 tbsp. EVOO and top with additional cilantro.
