Ingredients
- 4 eggs, beaten (I have used egg beaters)
- 2 qts. half and half cream
- 6 junkets dissolves in small amount of tap water
Preparation
Step 1
Mix the first 3 ingredients in a large pan and heat until warm. Do not overheat. Add 2 tablespoons of vanilla. (I usually add 3 tablespoons, but depends on individual taste.) Pour into freezer container. Add junket water mixture and stir to mix. Allto stand undisturbed for approximately 5 minutes, then freeze according to manufacturer's directions. Makes 1 gallon.
