Ingredients
- 1 1/2 bags country-style hash browns
- 1-16 oz. box Velveeta cheese
- 1 pt. half and half
- 2 C. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In glass 9x13-inch dish, pour 1 1/2 bags of country (chunky)-style hash browns. In saucepan, melt Velveeta in the half and half. When melted, pour 1 cup Cheddar into sauce and pour over potatoes; stir well. Cover top of potatoes with 1 cup Cheddar. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until Cheddar starts to brown.
