Ingredients

  • 9 egg whites
  • 270 g sugar
  • 3 tbs caramel
  • butter to grease pan
  • Sugar to sprinkle on top

Preparation

Step 1

Coat a deep bundt pan with butter and sprinkle with sugar.
In a bowl, beat the egg whites to firm peaks.
Add the 270g (about 1 1/4 cup)of sugar and continue to beat until no longer grainy.
Carefully fold the caramel into the egg white mixture.
Pour mixture into the bundt pan and gently bang on counter top to remove any air.
Smooth the surface.
Bake for 20 minutes at 180C (350F)
Turn off heat and let the molotof cool in the oven.
Remove from the oven and turn out onto a serving dish.
If you would like, you could garnish with a little more caramel.
