Greek style meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 3/4 cup feta cheese
  • 1/2 small red onion, grated
  • 1/3 cup Italian style bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 2 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. each salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

In large bowl mix all the above ingredients.

Form into 12 balls and thread onto skewers. On cookie sheet sprayed with olive oil cooking spray, roast meatballs at 425 15 to 20 min. or until cooked through. Serve with lemon slices, 1/2 cup prepared tzatziki and roasted red potatoes.
