chopped fresh broccoli
yellow / red / green bell peppers
tomatoes (the little grape tomatoes would be great at this time of the year) I use dehydrated tomatoes in the winter
I used a home-made "Good Seasons" dressing which to me made the salad just wonderful
follow directions except for one thing...for vinegar, I use half balsamic and half apple cider
Mix it all together, let marinate for a while. If you like nuts, throw some in individual servings so they don't get soft.
