Ingredients
- 250 g biscuits
- 400 g condensed milk
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 1/2 tbs cocoa
- 55 g butter melted
- Topping
- 55 g coconut oil
- 200 g milk chocolate
Preparation
Step 1
Base: Process biscuits to fine mixture.
STEP 2 Add cocoa, coconut and mix through.
STEP 3 Add condensed milk and melted butter and press mixture into a foil lined 28 cm x 18 cm lamington pan.
STEP 4 Place in refrigerator whilst making topping.
STEP 5 Topping: Microwave the copha and chocolate together and pour over base.
STEP 6 Place in refrigerator to set.
