Ingredients
- 6 bone in chicken breast
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cans green chilies, undrained
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. hot sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 cup grated sharp cheddar
- 1-1/2 cup crushed Fritos

Preparation
Step 1
Cook and shred chicken. Reserve 1 cup broth.
Stir together chicken, broth, soups and next 6 ingredients.
Spread half of the chicken mixture in to a lightly greased 13X9 baking dish. Sprinkle with 1/2 cheese and 1 cup corn chips.
Top with remaining chicken mix, cheese and corn chips.
Bake, uncovered at 350F. for 40 min.
