Crunchy Pecan Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 cup buttermilk baking mix
  • 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 3 lb. chicken, cut up
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

1.Combine biscuit mix, seasonings and nuts.
2.Dip chicken in milk, then coat with the dry mixture.
3.Place in a greased pan.
4.Pour butter over top and bake at 375 F. for 1 hour
