Ingredients
- 2 C flour
- 1 Tbsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tbsp Sugar
- 1/4 C Cold butter cut into 1/4 inch cubes
- 1 1/3 C grated old cheddar cheese - divided
- 1/2 C buttermilk
- 1/2 C milk
- 1 Lg egg
- 1/4 C finely chopped chives

Step 1
In a Lg bowl sift together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Cut in butter until mixture resembles course crumbs. Stir in 1 C Cheese
In a small bowl, whist together milk, buttermilk and egg mixture to flour mixture and gently mix together to form soft dough.
Using 1/4 C scoop drop batter onto greased Baking dish 2 inches apart top with cheese
Bake at 350 15 - 18 min
