French cookies with nutella and strawberries

Ingredients

  • Ingredients for about 20 pieces:
  • 1 package of puff pastry with butter (375 g)
  • half jar Nutella
  • 100 g of strawberry
  • powdered sugar for farrowing
  • chopped pistachios to farrowing, optional

Preparation

Step 1

Sprinkle pastry board with flour. Put pastry on it (if it is frozen - thaw earlier). The dough should come to room temperature (if it does not shrink during baking).

The dough cut a large heart, about 3-4 inches in diameter cookie cutter. Transfer into pan lined with baking paper or teflon mat. At the center of each heart place a full teaspoon Nutella and a few slices of strawberries.

Bake at 425 º F for 15 - 17 minutes until golden brown. Cool, sprinkle with icing and sprinkle with pistachios and serve.
