Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 1 can tomatoe sauce
- 1 1/4 tspn chili powder
- 1 tspn oregano
- 1/2 cup water
- s + p
- can of corn or 1/2 cup frozen
- 1 cup macaroni
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 lb ground beef
Preparation
Step 1
Brown beef in skillet and drain fat.
Add all remaining ingredients except cheese and macaroni and bring to a boil.
Add macaroni, bring to boil and simmer covered about 15 mins. or until pasta is tender.
Serve with grated cheese on top or melt onto dish in skillet.
