Ingredients
- 2 cups raw almonds
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 2/3 cups coconut oil, softened
- 1 tablespoon coconut flour
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 3 ounces dark chocolate (70% or darker)

Directions
In a blender combine the almonds and coconut flakes. Pulse several times to create a course meal.
Add to the blender the almond butter, coconut oil, coconut flour, sea salt, honey, and vanilla. Pulse several more times and then scrape the sides of the blender container. Repeat until the almond coconut mixture is creamy.
Grease an 8×8 baking pan with coconut oil. Pour the almond coconut mixture in the pan and refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a double broiler melt the dark chocolate over medium-low heat. Be sure to stir the chocolate often.
Pour the melted chocolate over the bars and refrigerate again for another 15-20 minutes.
