Cheesy Garlic Noodles

    tbsp olive oil

  • 4

    cloves garlic, diced

  • ¾

    cup milk (I used skim)

  • 2

    tbsp flour

  • cup parmesan cheese

  • ¼

    cup part-skim mozzarella cheese

  • 8

    oz pasta noodles of choice

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • fresh basil


Cook the noodles to al dente according to the package. In a medium-sized saucepan, heat the olive oil. Add in the diced garlic and cook for a minute or so until the garlic is fragrant. Add in the milk and whisk in the flour so that no clumps remain. Stir in the cheeses. Stir in the pasta noodles and season with plenty of salt and pepper to taste. Top with fresh basil if desired!
