Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 1/4 cups sugar, divided
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 packages (8oz. ea.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
- 4 medium bananas
- 2 cups cold milk
- 2 packages (4 serving size) vanilla instant pudding
- 2 cups thawed cool whip, divided
- 1 cup chopped pecans

Step 1
Mix crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and butter; press onto bottom of foil-lined 9 x 13 pan. Freeze 10 minutes. Meanwhile, beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar with mixer until well blended. Carefully spread over crust; top with pineapple. Slice bananas; arrange over pineapple. Pour milk in large bowl. Add pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes. Stir in 1 cup cool whip; spread over banana layer. Top with remaining cool whip; sprinkle with pecans. Refrigerate 5 hours.
