Pecan Pie Bark

Ingredients

  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups pecan halves
  • Approximately 12 sheets of graham crackers (2 pkgs.)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325.

Lay graham crackers tightly across a lightly greased rimmed baking sheet. Trim any crackers to fit the sides.

In a large saucepan bring butter, sugar, and pecans to a boil over medium heat for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Carefully and evenly pour mixture over crackers, spreading pecans around evenly. Put in oven and bake 8 minutes.

Cool and break into pieces.
