Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup cashew butter (I made my own)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 heaping tsp of cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- Makes 9 cookies
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
In a food processor, combine all the ingredients.
Drop cookies on a lined baking sheet. I used a cookie scoop to form mine.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Let the cookies cool completely before removing from the baking sheet.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
