Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon cocoa
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1 1/2 coiling water

Step 1
Sift flour, salt, 2T cocoa, baking powder and sugar three times. Combine milk, vanilla, melted butter and chopped nuts and add to dry ingredients. Spread in a 2 quart casserole dish.
Combine brown sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa and sprinkle on top.
Pour boiling water over all and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
