Kansas City Dry Rub

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons salt
• 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
• 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1 teaspoon chili powder
• 1 teaspoon dry mustard
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 pinch cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

In a small bowl mix together all ingredients.

Place in a sealeable container and store.

Used with "Meatloaf, Kansas City" (see recipe).
