Ingredients
- 1 /2 C Corn (12 oz )
- 1 C Thin cream or evaporated milk
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 1 tsp salt, dash pepper
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/2 C buttered crumbs

Step 1
Drain corn liquid into measuring vup, add enough thin cream or evaporated milk to make 1 Cup.
heat butter, add flour, salt and pepper
stir until blended slowly adding liquid and cook stirring constantly until thickened. Remove from heat and add drained corn ….slowly add beaten eggs stirring constantly. Pour into a geared casserole.
Top with buttered crumbs and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake in moderate oven ( 350) for 45 - 50 min
