Ingredients

  • 4 whole eggs
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1/4 cup skim milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Kraft Calorie-Wise Zesty Italian Dressing
  • 1 cup chopped zucchini
  • 1 cup chopped red peppers
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 ready-to-use baked whole wheat pizza crust (12 inch)
  • 3/4 cup Cracker Barrel Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 375ºF.

Beat first 3 ingredients with whisk until well blended; set aside.

Heat dressing in large skillet on medium heat. Add vegetables and seasoning; cook 5 to 7 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Add egg mixture; cook 5 min. or just until eggs are set, stirring occasionally. Spoon over pizza crust; top with cheese.

Bake 5 to 8 min. or until cheese is melted.
