- Leftover lasagna, fully refrigerated at least overnight
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Red sauce, for serving

Step 1
Slice lasagna into slabs about 3/4-inch thick. Slice each slab into squares about as wide as they are tall. Lay each square flat on its side and insert a wooden skewer or toothpick.
Heat the oil in a large non-stick or cast iron skillet over medium heat until shimmering. Add lasagna cubes with their cut side down and fry until crisp and browned, about 3 minutes. Flip and brown second side. Serve immediately with sauce for dipping.
