Classic Chinese Pepper Steak

Ingredients

  • 1 # boneless sirloin steak
  • 1 Tbs kikkoman stir-fry sauce
  • 2 Tbs oil, divided
  • 2 med. green bell peppers, cut into 1" squares
  • 2 med. oonions, cut into 1 " squares
  • 1/4 c kikkoman stir-fry sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Cut beef across the grain into thin strips, then into 1" squares. Coat with 1 Tbs of stir fry sauce. Heat 1 Tbs oil in hot wok or large skillet over high heat. Add beef and stir about 1 minute, remove from pan. Heat remaining oil in same pan and add peppers and onions, stir for about 5 minutes. Stir in beef and 1/4 c of the stir fry sauce. Cook and stir just until beef and vegetables are coated with sauce.
Enjoy. Serve over rice.
