Ingredients

  • 4-6 boneless pork shops
  • 4 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1 Tbs rosemary
  • 1/2 c balsamic vinegar
  • 3 Tbs honey
  • 2 Tbs olive oil
  • 1 Tbs djion mustard

Cooking time 20mins

Preparation

Step 1

Sear pork chops in oven safe pan for 1 minute per side.

Mix garlic, rosemary, vinegar, honey, oil and mustard together and carefully pour over pork chops.

Bake or Roast for 8-10 minutes at 350'.
