Buttercream Chocolate Frosting

The basic yellow cake frosting. The kids loved this for their birthday cakes. Until we started buying ice cream pies.

Ingredients
- 1/2 C Butter, softened
- 2 oz Unsweetened Chocolate (melted/cooled)
- 2 C Powdered Sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 2 About 2 TBLS Milk
Preparation
Step 1
Mix thoroughly butter and cooled chocolate. Blend in sugar. Stir in vanilla and milk; beat until frosting is smooth and of spreading consistency.
