Ingredients
- 1 lg can Black Beans
- 2 to 3 slices Bacon
- 1/2 med Red Onion
- 1/4 Bunch Fresh Cilantro
- 2 Garlic Cloves (crushed)
Preparation
Step 1
Heat large saute pan and add bacon. Cook until crispy. Reserve grease and add onion and garlic. Cook until onion is translucent. Add beans and cilantro. Cook until flavors are blended, approx. 15 minutes.
