Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb pork roast
- 1 lg Bottle of La Victoria Salsa Verde
Preparation
Step 1
Place pork roast in slow cooker and cook on high 7 to 8 hours. Shred meat and add salsa. Serve as tacos, burritos, or enchilada's with all the fixing's.
