Ingredients
- 3/4 c milk
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1 1/4 c butter
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1/3 c warm water
- 3 eggs-room temp
- 5 1/2-6 1/2 c flour
Preparation
Step 1
Combine milk, sigar, salt and butter in saucepan over low heat. Stir occasionally until butter melts and sugar is dissolved. Cool to lukewarm.
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add milk mixture, eggs, and 4 cups of flour. Add extra flour until dought is elastic. Put in greased bowl and let double.
Shape into cinnamon rolls, sticky buns, or coffee cake.
Bake for rolls 375' for 20-25 minutes.
