Ingredients
- Orange-mustard:
- in a small bowl, stir together 1/4 cup orange marmalade and 1 1/2 tsps. grainy mustard.
- Soy-ginger:
- In a small bowl, stir together 1/4 cup orange marmalade, 1 1/4 tsps. soy sauce and 1 tsp. grated peeled fresh ginger.
- Chipotle-Lime:
- In a small bowl, stir together 1/4 cup orange marmalade, 1 1/2 tsp. liquid from chipotle chilies in adobo and 1 tsp. fresh lime juice.

glazes can be use on grilled shrimp, turkey, chicken and pork, as well as salmon. When grilling, brush glaze on all sides 2 minutes before meat or seafood finishes booking, then brush on again right after removing from grill.
