marmalade glazes

Ingredients

  • Orange-mustard:
  • in a small bowl, stir together 1/4 cup orange marmalade and 1 1/2 tsps. grainy mustard.
  • Soy-ginger:
  • In a small bowl, stir together 1/4 cup orange marmalade, 1 1/4 tsps. soy sauce and 1 tsp. grated peeled fresh ginger.
  • Chipotle-Lime:
  • In a small bowl, stir together 1/4 cup orange marmalade, 1 1/2 tsp. liquid from chipotle chilies in adobo and 1 tsp. fresh lime juice.

Step 1

glazes can be use on grilled shrimp, turkey, chicken and pork, as well as salmon. When grilling, brush glaze on all sides 2 minutes before meat or seafood finishes booking, then brush on again right after removing from grill.
