  • 1 POUND ASPARAGUS (ENDS CUT OFF)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS OLIVE OIL
  • 1 TEASPOON CAJUN SEASONING
  • 1/4 TEASPOON SALT

Step 1

IN A LARGE BOWL, DRIZZLE SPEARS WITH OLIVE OIL, CAJUN SEASONING AND SALT.
ARRANGE ON A LINED BAKING SHEET.
BAKE AT 425 DEGREES FOR 10 MINUTES OR UNTIL TENDER, STIRRING OCCASIONALLY.
SERVE HOT.
