Coconut Pie

Ingredients

• 2 small pkgs vanilla instant pudding
• 2 cups cold milk
• 1/2 cup (or more) Cool Whip
• @ 1 cup coconut (toast @ 1 minute in microwave)
• 1 cooled baked pie crust

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk milk with pudding. Add Cool Whip. Add cooled coconut and pour into crust. Chill and serve.
