  • 1 (8 ct.) crescent rolls
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. cooked sausage
  • 1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 1 c. hash browns
  • 1/2 c. cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. mozzarella

Preparation

Step 1

Spread rool dough to cover bottom of 9x16" baking pan coated with nonstick spray. Layer eggs, sausage, bell pepper, and potatoes in prepared pan. Sprinkle with cheeses. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
