Pecan Pie

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 2/3 c sugar
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/2 c butter or oleo, melted
  • 1 c Dark corn syrup
  • 1 c pecan halves

Preparation

Step 1

Blend eggs, sugar, salt, syrup and butter with mixer. Stir in pecans. Bake for 50 to 60 min. (depending on your oven) at 350 until pie is set. Test with a toothpick to see if it is clean after inserted in the middle of the pie.
